I've tired sleeping with ice bricks wrapped in towel's, sleeping on tiles in the kitchen!.!. There is no comfortable way of staying cool this summer!. Ergh it's so hot! Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

overhead fan, cold water at bedside, there are some gel pads that are cooling!. I think you have to look around for that!. Darken room, can you go to a basement or friend's home!. or go to a hotel with ac!. Can you buy a air conditioner for one room!. We had to do that in Florida as a kid, I hated it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
