Question: Is it better to drink sports drinks or water when playing sport!?

actually we just studied in science that we you play sports and drink water you heart rate is high and when you drink like Gatorade your heart rate is lower which is good(because they have electrolytes)!. so yes when you play sports, if you want drink sports drinkWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sports drinks for sure!. I saw a special about it on TV just the other night, and the ones who just drank water (or nothing at all) didn't have near the stamina of those who drank the sports drinks!. Evidently, it's very important to replace the electrolytes along with the fluid when you're involved in activity!.

If your sports drink contain glucose and electrolytes(salt) in good proportion,then sports drink is much better than plain water!. becoz sports drink will replace not only water but also provide electrolytes and energy for quick recoveryWww@Answer-Health@Com

Water because it replenishes your bodies natural waters!.Sports drinks are made of entirely sugar,they are not very nutritious
