I nap excessively is this bad? ?!


Question: I nap excessively is this bad!? !?
I nap for about 6-8 hours everyday but i sleep very late sometime around 2 or 3 and i have to wake up at 5!. When i come back from school around 3 i nap until 8 or sometime until 11! Does this pose a problem to me health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Napping all the time is from lack of energy!. The body is trying to rest!. This comes from improper eating and not getting the right vitamins & minerals or from having low iron or both!. I did it when I had low iron and now I am anemic but I have a digestive disorder and can't eat the foods I need so I have to go get IV's of vitamins & minerals!. My potassium and calcium is extremely low!. Very low potassium will exhaust you!. Do you eat lots of potatoes, bananas, oranges or OJ everyday!? If not, you need to!. I can't eat any of these things so I am exhausted all the time!. Try eating lots of fruits & veggies, especially bananas, oranges or OJ and even tomatoes or tomato juice and potatoes will all build up your potassium!. See if that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont want to be the bearer of bad news, and you probably dont, but you might wanna get yourself checked out for diabetes!. My brother has it and it made him very tired before he started to get treated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
