5'3" is actually fairly short, for either a male or female!.
I don't think there's a way to reduce height!. You could always chop your legs off, but I don't advise that!.
Don't worry about it!. 5'3" isn't tall at all, actually!. The average height for an American female is 5'5", and for a male it's 5'10"!. Trust me, you're not too tall, and you're not growing too fast!. Your growth will slow down, you're just having your growth spurt at the moment!.

You will stop growing soon!. Once you start your period, if you are a girl, you will not grow much more taller, but you will develop other areas!. Boys will continue to grow!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
