Why do I have such a small appetite?!


Question: Why do I have such a small appetite!?
I have the smallest appetite!. I'm very thin (always have been) and would like to put on some healthy weight!. I don't really enjoy eating and my appetite is insanely small!. Why is that!? What can I do to gain weight!? (I try to drink protein shakes, etc!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your stomache is almost like a balloon with two openings!. It can expand to hold larger portions of foods to be digested!. There is almost a direct correlation to your appetite and how happy you are!. Think of your appetite as cleaning out your closet!. Sometimes you can get in a rut because you are wearing the same clothes or eating the same foods everyday with no surprises!. So what do you do!? You clean out your closet or in your case select a new menu!. Smoothies can be fun and healthy for you!. At this point it is up to you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's plenty of other answers here telling you good ways to gain weight (NOT eating junk, because the resulting fat will be toxic to your body)!.

But I just want to say that since you are naturally petite, there's nothing wrong at all with your body, you're already healthy!. So what if you don't want to stuff your face like most people in the world do!. That's great! Thing is, once you make a habit of eating, it becomes very hard to stop!. Like, eat a little bit more than you did yesterday, and then accidentally eat even more the next day without realizing it, eventually, it's going to be hard to know when to stop!. You might end up addicted to the food like most people (including myself!)!. I think you're fine the way you are, no need to change what comes naturally (and you probably know how many people would kill to have what you do!) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if your like me and all the other skinny kids, you have a high metabolism, which means your body uses up your calories really quickly so you can't put on weight!. If you really want to gain weight you might think about putting on some muscle, as muscles weighs more than fat!. Hope this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your on the right track!. You should NEVER gain weight by stuffing your face with junk!.

Protein shakes are good!. Also, try some yogurt and fruit!. Fruits and Vegetables have GOOD carbs, that give your body energy!. ;D

im sorry but i don't know what you should do but just don't freak out because you are not the only one!. my friends are amazed at how little i eat but its not a bad thing at least i dont think so as long as you eat SOMETHINGWww@Answer-Health@Com

becaause maybe u never had more then a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich!.!.!.don't worry juts eat/drink some extra fat stuff!.
