Is it bad to play with a wound?!

Question: Is it bad to play with a wound!?

I just had reconstructive surgery on my ear the other day so the back of my ear and the top is covered!. Sometimes I accidentally touch my earlobe or scratch a little too close to the dressing!.

Is that bad!? To play with the stitches!? To scratch!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are germs on your hands that can cause infection and additional scar tissue!.
