How do I fall asleep when I am not tired at all?!
Question: How do I fall asleep when I am not tired at all!?
I really need to go to sleep, I need to wake up at 6 30am tomorrow, but I usually go to bed around 3-4 in the morning, so I wake up late and therefore I am not an in the least tired!.
I managed to sleep for maybe 1hr30, but I woke up and now I am ready for action, but Its only 1:44am!.
How do I sleep!? I know if I wait it out I'll be dead asleep at 8am and not want to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get into a regular pattern of sleep!. Try not to sleep in later, even on days that you don't have to work!. A good pattern would be going to bed at 9:00 and waking up at 6:30 everyday!. I know this is a little more than eight hours, but it will probably take you a while to actually get to sleep after going to bed!. So, yea, work towards getting into a pattern!.
For now, though, go into a dark room!. Light tells your mind that it is time to be awake!. Do something boring, like cleaning up!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to listen to the calm music before u go to bed!.
And what's important switch off ur PC at least 2 hours before sleeping!. I already noticed that if u go to bed after being online ur brain is restless and u dont get sleep!.
By the way green tea - a cup per evening - makes good effect too!.

get a radio alarm and set it for 6:30 and turn the volume to max!. also maybe try being extremely active (running around working out or something) just do something to get you tiered!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take a really hot bath and then a shower!.If you still can't sleep read a boring book in the dark!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well basically u don't get enough sleep so u always fall asleep or maybe cause u might just be always boredWww@Answer-Health@Com
