Blood type question ?!

Question: Blood type question !?
I don't have any understanding of genetics so don't laugh at my ignorance!. Anyways I have heard that If a child has parents who both have a positive Rh value their child can still have Rh-!. How is this possible!? Is there a possibility of a recessive gene causing this!? And also I have heard that certain blood types originate in certain parts of the world and my specific blood type B+ supposedly originated in the mongolia region!. Is this true!? If so could anyone provide me with a link to a map!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, 2 rhesus positive parents can have a negative child, and this is due to a recessive gene!. The simple version is that it's determined by 2 alleles: positive and negative, with positive dominant to negative!. So if you have two people, each of whom has 1+ and 1
