i have suffered from migraines all my life but since i have lost a lot of weight they have been far less frequent,
but this morning i had a real nasty one!.
i think a mixture of too much coffee, too much time in front of this frigging computer and too much stress have done it, i take maxalt which works great!.

I too am a migraine sufferer!.
i was taking topomax for them for a while and it did wonders!. mine have stopped in frequency, down to once in 2 months instead of the 3 weeks a month!.
i have to watch my triggers, the main one for me is CHOCOLATE!!
so i say im allergic!.

Thankfully I don't get them that much now ,I only get them if I am very stressed or it is self inflicted after a night on the booze , but my daughter has migraines and they are becoming more frequent , she actually fainted at school last week because of a migraine !. She has panax to help the migraines!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been getting them every day for the past month! But as soon as I take some ibuprofen I'm all good :) I think it's because I drink too much iced tea!. I drink up to 9 glasses a day!.!.!.too much caffeine!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I only get them when a storm is rolling through!. Once the storm is gone, so is the headache!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
