Question: Is this normal/ bathroom troubles!?
Ok this is a little gross, bear with me!. About 45 minutes ago I had an extemely painful and crampy bowel movement!. I know why it was painful though ( getting over constipation, eating pepper flakes, ibs)!. The problem is now after this episode is over I feel DRAINED!. I feel so tired!. This often happens after an episode like this!. Is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
