Why do I have itchy tear glands?!


Question: Why do I have itchy tear glands!?
My tear glands are extremely itchy sometimes in the evenings!. I never wear any make up and I don't have dry eyes!. What could be the reason!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes, all of us have dry eyes or less tears to consume without a precise reason!. But a chronic itchy tear duct becomes more frequently
with aging process, especially women in the middle age with drier skin ,linked somehow with the menopause period!.
Sometimes it is an independent disorder with unknown causes!. In other cases, the most causes may be different allergies or infections but not only!.Rheumatic disorders, thyroid problems,liver problems, poor tear quality,certain medications and vitamin A deficiency might be implied!.
While itchy tear glands may not seem like the worst thing, they are an important symptom that something is wrong in your body!. It is your immune system crying out for help!.
From an anatomic perspective, itchy occurs when the passage that extends from the tear ducts to the nasal cavity is partially or totally blocked as a result of infection or by intrusion of other tissues that obstruct the tear duct!. Also in this case your nose doesn't run when you'll cry!.
Try some home remedies:
Apply warm compress on eyes , warm water with a few drops of apple vinegar!.
Blink frequently!.
Lacrimal glands lies within the orbits on the outer portion of the upper eye!. Make a gentle massage often a day or finger-press!.Feel free to contact me for more information !.
Take Omega 3 and 6 to improve the quality of tears!.
Enervation may be another cause of this inconvenient, in this case take vitamin B complex and calcium!.
Eat fish of cold water, like salmon, sardines and makrels!.
Drink 6-8 glasses of mineral water with pH above of 7,4
Drink carrot, beet juice
Avoid rubbing your eyes!.
Be sure you allow some fresh air into your home, even in the winter!.!.

It sounds like allergies or the start up of an infection!. You can get soothing eye drops over the counter!. If it gets worse, I would go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
