Marijuana tea will have nearly no intoxicating effect unless there is some kind of oil-containing ingredient in the tea!. From a basic scientific standpoint, THC is not water-soluble but it is oil-soluble!. This is why cooking the pot in butter will transfer the drug into the butter, the butter is oil and green butter is one of the main things you want for making pot brownies!.
But just steeping the pot in hot water, and then pulling the pot out before you drink it!.!.!. mostly you're drinking green-colored water that doesn't taste very good and won't have nearly the same effect as smoking it or injesting it!. It might mellow you out a little, but tea kinda does that on it's own anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
