Question: Should I go work out even though I am sick!?
Should I go to the weight room even though I have a sore throat, runny nose, and a headache (I'm 18)!? I haven't went since Friday so I am feeling the need to go!. However, I won't go if it will make me even more sick or have any other negative effect on my body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are familiar with "recovery" for muscles right!? Your body is attempting to overcome illness needs recovery time as well!.

Hydrate, eat well and plenty of rest!. Also vitamin supplements!. When your defenses are low it is not a good time to be in the gym!. There are plenty of germs there and you don't need to introduce new ones to your body nor to other people!.

Take this time to plan your next workout or strengthen your immune system!. and rest for now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO!. It will stress your body even more and your immune system will plummet!. Get LOADS of rest and fluids!.
