Ingestion of fecal particles (usually from touching anything in a public bathroom or simply by touching and infected persons hands if they have not washed them after using the restroom and then touching your mouth eyes or nose ) Then of course there is the obvious gastric acids and or stomach contents!. This doesnt necessarily mean an infected person has to vomit on you either !.!.!. or even that you must touch the persons vomit directly!. Spit or saliva spray from an infected persons hands or mouth (which does carry the viral bacteria) can land in food on their hands clothing or directly on your person!. (being coughed on) Obviously drinking after someone infected and of course kissing is another common way the disease can be transmitted!. Washing your hands after you use a public restroom or using a handsanitizer after handling things you know has been used by someone else (shopping carts etc) is a good way to avoid transmission of any norovirus (viruses that cause acute gastroenteritis in people)Www@Answer-Health@Com
