alright!. i worry!. i worry about everything!.
if someone might bring something up!. if i have to read a paper in class!. and if i do!. and i make a mistake, i replay it!. over and over!. and over again!. i try not to!.

it's really not a problem!. I do the same thing, but all i have to do is think: There's no way I can control it (grade, if called on, etc), so y should i worry, it won't help! You'll get over it, and u'll forget it was ever there!

Im a worry wart too just talk to your mom!. I talked to mine and she said that you only live once so you shouldn't worry about everything also talk to your doctor if you really do think something is wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
