Question: Why do I get heart burn during sex!?
Ok I know your going to laugh but, really it happens!. Maybe about 2 hours after I have eaten my fiance wants to get busy!. When he is on top of me I get heart burn and it really hurts to where I almost can't breathe!. It becomes unenjoyable!. I take a tum and that doesn't help either!. What can I do to prevent this!?

I bet you have an acid reflux problem!. That is, stomach contents which get into the esophagus!. It's from having a full tummy, being on your back or being flat (right!?) along with the activity which gets your tummy contents sloshing!. I would suggest an antacid after the meal, and not being active flat!. People with acid reflux are advised to sleep on a wedge to keep their upper body elevated!. Uh, don't eat and then have sex or stock up on tums and rolaids, its all the back and forth motion shaking up the undigested food, Im a guy and I have had this happen before, its nothing unnatural but antacids after you eat should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
