I think it is the old mentality that "it cant happen to me" think happening!. I do know that living in this great country of ours that no one should be ignorant about contraception and stds but there are many who are for what ever reason!. I ask myself the same thing about alot of things!. "why are people so stupid" about many things!. I know how frustrating it can be when someone will ask what to do about a problem, then you give good advise but they seem to want to keep whining about the problem instead of using what you know will work to solve it!. Even people who ask for advise seem to many times act as if they are listening but they turn around and just keep being miserable!. I hope I am making sense here!. This is a touchy subject for me because I see many young and old "people" who should know better!. It seems as if many would rather ignore what is real and then have the results turn bad and then it gives them something to talk about!. There I got all that off my chest!. No really in all reality I have to say that maybe they think at that very time that maybe it will not turn to "sex" and also I have heard it said that they did not plan on it happening but it did!. I think that just having you ask this question is great on your part!. People will read this and in turn I bet there will be many who are stopping and thinking about it!. You have just given a few people kids and adults a good thing to think about!. You just may have saved a few more unwanted babys from being conceived and even maybe just have saved some lives!.
