How to overcome my fear of needles?!
Question: How to overcome my fear of needles!?
Ok, i am terrified of needles and i have a bone scan thursday!. I have asked before but people say it doesnt hurt bla bla bla!. So dont' answer if thats what your gonna say!. So, anyway they have to inject dye and i'm terrified!. It's not so much as i'm afriand it;s the pain of the needle!. I'm very sensitive!. I cant take any medicene for it so is there a cream that doens't have to be perscribed or any ideas or advice anyone has!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

just deal with it!. no sarcasm!. if you truly want to get over your fear, just keep going forward and face your fear no matter how scary it is and then, you'll eventually get ovr it!. hope it works ><"Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds kind of silly, but the thing that worked the best for me was to just not look when they insert the needle!. Very deliberately turn your head away and don't look until they're completely done!. It's amazing how much less it can hurt if you don't see it happening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You've probably cut your finger peeling an apple and it hurt more than one little needle is going to on Thursday!. It will be over in 2 seconds!.
