How do you stop bad smelling feet?!

Would you believe that eating too much sugar or sweets could be contributing to a fungus and yeast on your feat!. Until you change your diet your digestive track will retain stuff that will be secreted through your sweat glands and in turn will cause smelly BO, yeast infections and smelly feet!.

Wash your feet is one good answer but to go along with that you could use baby powder or some kind of foot powder in your shoes then before you put on your socks powder your feet as well!. and if your wondering about someone elses feet!. you can use oust in there shoes when they aren't looking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um shower daily, wash ur feet thorughly in the shower, then when u can soak ur feet in a bucket of hot water!. it not only will relieve the tension in ur feet, but also will more than likely get rid of most of the stinch if u do it enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wash them thoroughly with a loofah, or scrubby , and try soaking them in a skin healing solution!.

if you wear hose, try airing your feet out periodically!.
