Sleeping problem... hmm...?!
Question: Sleeping problem!.!.!. hmm!.!.!.!?
Okay well!.
I go to sleep late and sleep late every single night!.
So I decided to stay up 24hrs so I could go to sleep early!. I did and I woke up early!. Now that same night (when I woke up early) I'm going to sleep late again!. And I have no idea why!.
Do any of you!? I find it odd!.

It takes more than one night to reset your sleep schedule!. You need to go to sleep early for a few nights in a row and your body will become accustomed to it and set its internal clock to go to sleep/wake up at those times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's all about your Circadian rythms!. Your body gets used to sleeping whenever you decide to sleep!.!.!.!.meaning, you're in control!. If you made yourself go to bed at certain times, eventually, you would start to get tired at those times!. Its really hard to do, and takes discipline, but totally up to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its not odd i do it all the time, but im pretty sure its not healthy!. Your body will sleep a certain amount of time, for like 8 hours!. so if you go to sleep at 10 you'll wake up around 6!. if you keep doing this this will create a effect called an internal clock, which is like an alarm clock but you just wake up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you go to bed thinking about things!.!. you are not really giving your brain the opportunity to rest!.!.!.
Make some physical activity!.!. so your body gets a little tired and asks u for a rest!.!.
Before going to bed take a tea!.!. they say honey and warm milk also helps!.!. and while u are on bed breath and relax!.!.!.
really focus on sleeping!.!. concentrate!.!. :)

I used to have sleep problems because i was worried about things and was overly stressed!. Maybe you should set a goal at what time you would like to be asleep and be in bed early and maybe read a book or something that always puts me to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should get more exercise and make sure that your diet isn't high in sugar or caffeine!. Exercise will give you energy during the day but tire you out by the end of the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
