Question: What's a good and effective way to get rid of headaches!?
i'm basically home sick because i've had a really bad headache from yesterday afternoon!. i took tylenol, but it didn't help at all, and that's the only headache medicine we have in our house!.
what other things should i try!?

In my experience, it depends on what the source of your headache is!. If it's muscle related, try soaking in a hot bath!. If it's sinus related, my mom swears by putting a little bit of IcyHot across her cheekbones!. If it's stress related, a cold pack across my eyes works best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
