How do you take a pill 3 times a day on a empty stomach?!


Question: How do you take a pill 3 times a day on a empty stomach!?
I am supposed to take SAM-e three times a day on a empty stomach - how is that even possible!?

take it about an hour before you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner!. make sure you give it time to digest before you eat the meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when you first wake up, about 30 minutes before lunch, and just before you go to bed (suggesting 3 hours after you eat dinner)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That really doesn't seem safe!. I think I'd eat a piece of toast or cheese with my pills, or take them with something substantial, like a smoothie!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
