Question: My stomach is killing me on my left side!.!?
i have myy period and my stomach is hurting me soo much like it feels worse then cramps!.!.!.what sould i doooooo!?

On the left side is your colon!. It is probably spasming!. I have that problem a lot when I am stressed out, and it started when I was a teenager!. It starts on the left, and radiates across the whole front!.
The only thing to do now is lay down and relax, maybe sleep, and hope it's gone when you get up!.
Try to remember if it started after getting nervous or angry!.
There's not much in the way of treatment, if it's a spasm!. You just have to learn how to handle and prevent it!.
Doctors call it Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but I don't because I know that the spasms come with no other symptoms of IBS!.
If the pain becomes severe though, and doesn't lighten up when you relax and lay down, then you should go see a doctor!.
P!.S!. The appendix is on the RIGHT side, not left!. So, it's not appendicitis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a warm bath, and if that fails tell someone because some medicines help if it is that bad!. If the pain does not stop there might be a serious problem!. You may have appendicitis or something!. You may want to see your doctor eventually cuz sometimes the appendix can burst!. That could be fatal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
