Is having thinner blood (due to aspirin) something ideal that we want?!

Question: Is having thinner blood (due to aspirin) something ideal that we want!?
I always heard that having thinner blood is preferable to stickier blood, so can't taking aspirin every so often help with that!?

Also, do we HAVE to take the baby aspirin dose!? Why not take regular strength or full strength!? And take it maybe once or twice a week!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, no, NO!

It's not that having thinner blood is GOOD for you, it's more of a thing where having clots, or "thick blood" is not good!. It can cause strokes, heart attack and tons of other problems!.

You can't just go taking aspirin for fun, and the reason baby aspirin is advised is because thin blood is not good to have!.

If your blood is too thin and you cut yourself, it is very hard to stop the bleeding, so you can't just walk around with thin blood!.

To sum up:

Thick blood, or Blood clots as they are known are dangerous so aspirin is taken to thin the blood out, making it closer to NORMAL!.

Normal blood + Aspirin = Thin blood, nobody wants this!.

Dont' take aspirin for "thin blood" please!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's always better to have a Dr put you on aspirin because they monitor you!. The 81mg is the preferred dosage because if you increase it your chances of bleeding increase!. You can have occult blood in your stool from intestinal bleeding without even being aware of it!. There are many risks of bleeding involved that is why it is better to stick with the 81mg and keep doctors visits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Taking aspirin as a daily regimen to lower the risk of heart attack is really only appropriate for those who have heart disease risk factors!.

Taking more than 100 mg of aspirin a day is not good for you, and can cause bleeding!. A baby aspirin is the safest dose!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having thin blood is only a good thing for people with heart disease risk factors!. If you aren't at the risk for heart disease or clots, than it probably doesn't help as much!. And thin blood could be a bad thing in same cases!.

I'd consult with a cardiologist/doctor about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
