It is an inflammation of the bronchi
If it is caused by a viral infection, then that infection is contagious, but bronchitis itself isn't!. It's usually caused by cigarette smoke or a common cold/virus!.
You can get mild cases, and you can get awful cases!. You often develop a terrible cough to get rid of the extra mucus!. I'd go and see your doctor if you think you have it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) deep, breath-taking cough, chest pain
2) bronchits is basically inflamation of the bronchi
3) contagious only if not treated
4) it SUCKS!. i had it, with anitbiodics, and it lasted for like
3 weeks!. it took me out of soccer, & it hurts really bad!.
but once you get on antibiodics, it gets a little better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
