Cluster of red dots on my bruise?!

Question: Cluster of red dots on my bruise!?

I had blood drawn last Tuesday at the hospital!. There was some difficulty getting blood since I have been dehydrated recently, but they eventually got it and a normal bruise developed on my arm!. When I looked at it today, however, I noticed a cluster of dark red dots only in the spot of my bruise!. Should I be worried!? This has never happened to me before!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
