Question: Is it common to get PMS symptoms but not get your period!?
A few weeks ago I was PMSing majorly around the time of my period!.!.!.I was very emotional, craving chocolate, etc!. But I never got my period, and still haven't gotten it!. Has this ever happened to you!? I am kind of irregular, but I'm confused because I got the symptoms but no period!.

Also, I stopped taking birth control about two months ago!. Could this be the reason!? I heard it makes your hormones kinda screwed up for a few months after you stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If you have an irregular cycle than getting PMS symptoms and not getting your period is normal to an extent and also once you stop taking your birth control it takes 12-18 months to get your cycle "regular" again!. PMS usually follows your period within a weeks time of getting them and if not they come the day or day before your menstrual cycle begins but they also come even if you skip a period!. IF you skip more than one though you may need to be concerned!. If you are sexually active than there is a slight possibility you may be pregnant!. I say slight because once you stop taking your birth control the usual time span for someone to be "fertile" again is six months but everyone is different!. PMS symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are exactly the same for the first five weeks of being pregnant!. If you experience the PMS and you are not pregnant you should see your gyno immediately because the period is the body's way of renewing the sexual Internal organs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello Brittney, as a male I've witnessed what PMS is!. Withdrawal from your birth control pills is going to affect your body, your mind and your physical well being!. The drug companies are selling women these drugs in order to make money!. Take time off from the drugs, get your body back in focus to where it should be naturally!. Use a condom and have a nice day!.

Whoever concocted PMS had the right idea on how to make money off women!. What does it mean anyway!? Premenstrual or Postmenstrual Syndrome!?!? Supposedly women have PMS up to 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after their periods!. So I guess women have PMS continually!.!.!.like all month, every month!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
