Question: Crying Headache what is up with it!?
I sometimes get this random headache which makes me feel like crying for no reason, what is it!? does anybody else get it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get them and it is usually when i do lots of thinking, or bad lighting in the room or stress, i think it could also be dehydration!. : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
If its migrain usually its a headache stronger on one side of the head than the other, with sensitivity to light and noise!.!.!. you just want to lay in the dark and quiet!. It can be triggered by stress among other things!. In my case, if I drink A LOT of water during the day, the migrains stay away!. I use to have a migrain every two or three weeks and after I started this water business!.!.!. I havent had one in 3 years!. So I guess its worth a try and water aint gonna cost you much! But if you already have it, then take advil or ibuprophen and get some quiet rest, that will help a lotWww@Answer-Health@Com
