I've had that before too!. I found out that I had a throat and sinus infection!. Also if you are congested it will cause that so will acid reflux!. You should see a doctor to have it checked!.
Oh yeah, one more possibility!. The thyroid being enlarged!. :0S I had that and thought I was going to strangle to death!.
