Feed yourself with lots of vegetables, do exercise as often as possible, go slowly, don't abuse of exercising if you've been out of training for a while!.
Drink lots of water, avoid sodas like coke

You'll notice a great increase of energy!

Always sleep properly 8hrs!. or aprox to your like/need
