How can i get back on plan with sleeping?!

Question: How can i get back on plan with sleeping!?
About 2 years ago i would not go to school, stay up most of the night, and sleep ALOT in the day!. Now, i go to bed around 1-2 AM on school nights, waking up at 6:30!. But when i have to get waken up its REALLY hard, i sleep to hard!. On weekends i fall asleep around 3 AM and dont wake up until about 3 PM!. Im sick of it!.
I want a plan like this:

School nights!. Go to sleep at around 10pm and wake up at 6:00!.
Reg!. nights!. Go to sleep at around 11 or 12pm and wake up at 9 AM!.

How can i get on this sleeping plan!?
If i would say, take Tylenol PMs to help me, how long do you think it would take to be used of waking up and going to bed at those times!?

and its way to hard for me to go to bed at those times and REALLY hard for me to wake up early!.
No joke, an alarm clock would not wake me up!. AT ALL!.

Any tips or answers!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all I would say avoid all sleeping pills!.
There are clinics you can go to that can help reset your sleeping pattern!. I recently went to one to get off sleeping pills and reset my pattern, they did the following to reset it:

1!. You have to get up at 6am, if you sleep through an alarm have somebody come in and drag you out of bed or if you live alone have somebody call you to wake you!.

2!. Getting to sleep can be hard, set a time to go to bed (like 10pm) spend an hour before bed doing calming things, so no tv, exersize or anything that might stimulate your brain too much!. Either listen to quiet music or read a book (but not one thats so interesting you wont want to put it down)

3!. At 9!.45 start preparing for bed, you need to do the same preperation every night in the same order (like go to toilet, wash hands, brush teeth, get into PJs)

4!. At 10pm get into bed and turn off the lights, try for 20 minets to get to sleep, if you are unable to then get up and do something (once again non stimulating) for one hour, it has to be something done away from the bed!. The bed is for sleep only!. After the hour is up go back to bed and once again try for 20 minets to get to sleep, if unable you get back up for an hour!. You repeat this process all night if needed, if you get no sleep that fine, you will be tired the next day but are more likely to sleep the next night!.

5!. No naps, no matter how tired you are, you must keep yourself awake during the day!.

6!. Try to cut out sugars and caffeens in your diet as these can disrupt your sleeping pattern!.

7!. Make sure you are doing enough during the day to tire yourself out at night!.

8!. It takes 6 weeks to reset your sleeping pattern, you need to be prepared to give up some of your social life for those 6 weeks and you need to dedicate yourself to resetting your pattern!. It's all about learning to sleep all over again!.

I hope this helps, feel free to email me at coffee_bean12@hotmail!.com if you have further questions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive read an e-book called "the secret to sleeping less and better than ever" and he says that you need heaps of sunlight, exercise and water!. you should get it if your sleeping pattern is that bad!. it will change your life!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid caffeine, sugar, late meals (eat last meal at least 3 hours before desired bedtime), spicy foods late in the day!. Exercise early in the day, avoid physically stimulating activity (except sex) late in the day!. Avoid mental stimuli like dramatic motion pictures, suspenseful reading, etc at bedtime!. Be disciplined about bedtime, don't vary it more than an hour while you are reprogramming your body to the new schedule and get someone to help you wake up so that you don't oversleep!. The more suggestions above that you follow, the more successful you will be at quickly establishing the new schedule!. Use sleep aiding drugs sparingly as you don't want to become dependent on them!. Wish you success!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
