Can the body ever heal completely from serious drug abuse?!

Question: Can the body ever heal completely from serious drug abuse!?
I am not asking as I have a drug problem, I am wondering that if a person misuses drugs on a daily basis for over a decade, will the body heal itself when use stops!? I do not mean Hep viruses or Aids etc!. I mean if a person is without health complaints but has detoxed and is clean!. Can the body suddenly pack in years after the person has detoxed due to the kidneys being over worked in the past or the liver!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use to have a cocaine addiction!. I dabbled in cocaine for the first year only doing about 4 to 5 grams a month then I went from that to doing it 3 times a week spending at least 500 dollars a weeks between me and my husband at the time!. I did quit all on my own and I have been clean for over 3 years!. The cravings still come and go but they arent that bad and dont really bother me!. However my sinuses still hurt like then did when I was using and I have the weird numbing but painful feeling sometimes in the roof of my mouth when I start to eat!. This would happen the day after a big coke binge so I know its related!. There is no telling how much damage I have done to my body!. Of course the drug use has caused me to have some cavities but it also made my gall bladder stop functioning and I had to have that removed!. I have a feeling years down the road Ill still reep from the cocaine abuse!. I just hope its not something like my heart that being affected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not without the help of medial medicine!. I don't advise doing anything on their own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
