Why do people stare at themselves in the mirror when they lift weights?!

Question: Why do people stare at themselves in the mirror when they lift weights!?
Is this love at first sight, Do they think muscles are bulging out every 2 seconds, or is there a real reason other then narcissism!. I'm afraid one day I'm gonna see these guys walkin down the isle by themselves with half a wedding dress and half a tux on!. lol jk Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is called pump!. The more weights lifted, the more blood rushes into the muscles that causes them to swell!. Being as the point of working out is to get bigger and stronger, one of course enjoys the sight of their hard work and effort actually paying off!. Also, what gym have you been to that there isn't mirror ALL over the wall, how can you work out with out looking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't have any experience in weight lifting!. but my logical mind is telling me that they possibly look in the mirror in order to ensure they are exercising right!. They are probably making sure that they won't strain themselves by lifting weights wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

symmetry of weight lifting , how muscles react, correct positioning of body!. not so much love there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it gives you motivation to keep doing it when you see results, at least it does me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
