when i don't wear my glasses, i see fuzzy white floating things!.
but when i wear them, i see fine!.

It makes sense that with your glasses OFF you don't see as clearly and experience seeing blur!. Is this what you're describing as white floating things!? Blur usually isn't floating, that's what doesn't make sense!. It doesn't really add up that you see things actually MOVING, or "floating" as you describe it, when the glasses are off, but not when they are on!.
Things that move should be there either with your glasses on or off!. Blur is what should be reduced with your glasses on!.
Glasses help you because you have a refractive error and the lenses of the glasses bend the light entering your eyes so that they focus on the right spot in the back of your eye and things aren't blurry anymore!.
Are you sure these floating things aren't black!? Black things that float are called floaters and usually are benign!. Otherwise, I'd say these white things are just idiopathic visual phenomena!.
Get a dilated eye exam to check that everything is okay to reassure yourself!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

What is your age,Generally speaking -once you are on the right spectacles and has been reading through it then it is not abnormal with bifocal glasses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the white spots can be cause by a sudden change in blood pressure, like if you were standing up/bending over right before you saw themWww@Answer-Health@Com
