Answers:
Employers are suppose to give you sick time!. I don't know about the laws in Washington, but in California all employers are required to give employees sick time!. My job gives me 15 days of sick time a year!. If you need more time saying you suffering from a severe debilitating illness (cancer) your employer is required by law to allow you to take as much time as needed in order for you to get better!. You would not receive any pay during that time but you'll always have your job when you get better!. Oh, it is illegal for your employer to fire you because you are sick based on the Family Leave Act!. Pregnant women and sick individuals can get up to 12 weeks of sick or maternity leave!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I say, your boss is a total ********!. You should have a "sitdown" with him or her about your problems and have a doctor give you a note or have him/her talk to your boss about your problems and what he suggests is best!. If she can't accept that than you need to find a new job with a nicer boss!!!! Hope ya get better soon, and good luck !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make it a point that your have a doctors note for 3 days rest!.
