Painful foot lock =S?!

Question: Painful foot lock =S!?

For about a year now my foot will randomly 'lock' and turn into the most agonizing pain!. It usually happens if I am on the couch or asleep and flex either of my feet, the pain goes away after a minute or two but the other night it lasted about half an hour!.!.!.

I am just sick of it, is this a common thing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is common, and just a cramp in the foot!. It can last for a while as you noticed!. As long as your otherwise healthy it is nothing to worry about!. Just practice some foot exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
