Took expired minocycline?!
Question: Took expired minocycline!?
I had a sore throat, and saw some minocycline prescribed back in March 05!. I took a pill thinking it would help my throat if it was an infection, but not only does it not touch those types of infections, but it said something about being toxic after a certain time!? Is this serious!? Do I need to go to the hospital tonight, or can I wait to go tomorrow!? Or can I just not go!? I'll go for the sore throat if it doesn't go away, but I'm more worried about taking the expired minocycline!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drugs in the tetracycline family, minocycline is one of them, do become toxic after they expire!. DO NOT take any more!. If you develop symptoms such as severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea then go to the hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
do not worry about expiry but from next time always see ex!.date!.take some cold milk,antacid,banana,do some exercises,stic to healthy routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
