Answers:
Headaches are usually just from tension or some other cause of pain in the body and you could also consider stress or anxiety to!. Remember that headaches or any pain is just energy and all energy can be moved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The pain of headache is thought to begin with the trigeminal nerve, which is located in the brain stem!. The largest in the head, this nerve carries sensory impulses to and from the face!. When stimulated, perhaps by a certain headache trigger, it releases a burst of neurotransmitters (chemicals that pass impulses from one nerve to the next)!. This, in turn, normally prompts release of yet another neurotransmitter called serotonin!.
The more serotonin, the less the headache, but when serotonin levels drop, the headache gets worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a headache is caused by signals sent to the brain!. It is a symptom not an ailment in itself!. It is usually a sign of some other problem!. High blood pressure can cause headaches as well!. Doctors should be consulted to determine the cause!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
