Question: How come in the night i get all nervous!?
i am 12 years old and when i go to sleep like to lay down, sometimes im just shaking out of no where!.!.!.!.!.and i start getting all nervous for i dont know what!.!.!.!.im 5ft 4 and im 12 i weigh 100 pounds if that helps!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you drink too much caffeine during the day!? Like soda or coffee!?
