Question: How can I improve my posture!?!?!?10 pts!!?
Even while typing this I had to straighten myself but i easily slide back into a hunched over position, my back is still straight and i want to keep it that way!. Any tips for school, or when Im watching tv or something!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to re- allign the discs in your spine to keep it straigt and referse the effects that gravity had on it each day!. Lie on your back with your legs against a chair/couch, with your legs bent at the knee!. It should look as if you are sitting on a chair but lying on your back!. your legs should bend at the knee at a 90 degree angle and the back of your thights should be aginst the couch!. lay this way for 15-20 mins and when you are done you will see that you are standing up straighter!. this works really well for back pain!. When sitting in a chair, try buying a lumbar support pillow to help you sit straighter!. You can get them at ikea!. Also doing pilates or other exercised centered around strenghtening your core muscles, will help you sit up straughter since your core muscles (all the muscles in your lower abs, lower back, obliques etc) are the muscles that support your spine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when ur eating take a bandana or something and tie it around the chair and your shoulders (kinda like the way they did in the princess diaries LOL) and just remember gracefull when ur watching tv and stuff because thats how people look with great posture, i have the same problem try stretching in the mornings and throughout the day it'll become easier and besides 21 days becomes a habit! :D good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

stand and sit up straighter, strengthen your core muscles, and get a massage or see a chiropractor!. stop drinking soda as it causes bone loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
