Question: Feet - craked and rouff!?
Ok I usually don't get cracked heals in the winter but its different this time around!. I started noising my heall getting ruff as usual so i went to smoth it out with a Emery bord like this:

my hole left foot was i dont know poeling or what not but then its craked the heall and my big tow!. I dont think my right one is but im not sure what is casing it and what to do about it!.
WHat do i do about it I want somth feet!. I know it sounds weard!. BTW im a girl 18!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it is only happening in the winter, you might check the lining material in your boots!. The same thing happened to me, and it turned out that I was allergic to the lining material!. Even through my socks it caused this eczema-type reaction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
