Question: Does balancing on one leg help gain muscles!? 1O points, !?
just wondering lol!. My friend was doing it bc she wants strong lower calfs!. And i need 2 make sure its not pointless!.

Btw she does scorpians and stuff while shes balancing to make it even harder!.!.!. and she seys she feels like it does good!. But im making sure!. And if possible how does it gain muscle!? (optional!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
