Tingling on left side of head?!

ok so put your middle finger on the middle part of your hair about half way back!.!. spread your fingers out and lay them flat!.!.thats about how much of my head will tingle!.!. it just tingles a little!.!. then is a teensy bit numb!.!. not a lot!.!. but it has happened a few times in the past week and i was wondering if it was something i should be concerned about!?

please give me reasons why !.!. not just "go see a doctor asap!"
