Question: Good foods for tendon(/joint) health!?
I work in a retail warehouse and with business booming for the holidays it's taking a lot out of me!. It feels like it's my tendons that are buckling under the pressure of 100-400 pound boxes all day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Glucosamine supplements may help your bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments repair themselves faster!.

Eat a lot of lean proteins, such as chicken and especially fish, because the protein will build muscle!. The omega 3 will promote a healthy heart, and if your heart is working more efficiently, it will carry more oxygen to your muscles, which will in turn will allow them to work harder for longer without becoming fatigued!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I take glutamine because I run and supposedly it helps with joints!. I can't say I've noticed any difference though!. It's an amino acid (like glucosamine), so you get it anyway by eating anything with protein, just maybe not in the same amounts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might find this answer strange, but exercise is the answer!. Light walks around the neighborhood thirty minutes or longer will help out so much for your tendons and joints!. The movement of exercise keeps them malleable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Shark Cartilage!. You can get it in capsule form and it's not very expensive!. It will do wonders though!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are too heavy!. Use a trolley or ask for help !Www@Answer-Health@Com
