I can't breath...What can I do?!
Question: I can't breath!.!.!.What can I do!?
I am severely congested!.!.!.I have been taking mucinex, drinking fluids etc!.!.and nothing is breaking it up, any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your congestion gets to the point you cant breath you can have problems that only a physician can help you with!. Pleurisy, Pneumonia, Walking Pneumonia to name a few!. Better to be safe then sorry!. In the ER if you go, breathing problems are always seen first, its that important to them!.
You can try sitting and having someone cup their hands and smack you on the back, not too hard, but in a loosening type of hit!. Start at do this across your back in the area of your lungs, this technically sometimes can bring relief, even if only temporary!. I forget what disease this is prescribed for, but it is a lung disease!.

If you really can not breathe go to the casualty department of your nearest hospital!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
go to the chemist and get a vapouriser to breathe in or you could try sudafedWww@Answer-Health@Com
