Question: L-tryptophan is making me sleepy!. Should I cut back and only take it at bedtime!?
I've been taking it 2-3 times daily like the bottle says, but it's wiping me out! Should I only take it at bedtime!? Will I still see results from it if I only take it once a day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Foods that are naturally high in Tryptophan are :It is particularly plentiful in chocolate, oats, bananas, durians, mangoes, dried dates, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, red meat, eggs, fish, poultry, sesame, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, spirulina, and peanuts!. It is found in turkey at a level typical of poultry in general!. But it is found to be much higher in turkey, that's why when one consumes turkey during holidays it seems to put you to sleep!. Many doctors think this substance is unsafe and at one time in 1989 it was banned altogether!.

why do you even need this!. you should be able to get all the tryptophan you need from foods without taking this by itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
