Okay, so I noticed this about 3 or 4 years ago!. Usually in the winter time when it gets real cold, I break out in a rash!. When I first noticed this, it started on my knee's and legs, so I was scratching my legs and it started to spread so I stopped because I figured I just had some weird rash and it would go away!. But as time went on, I noticed that every time I got cold, around my knee's and back of my hands and my feet, they would get red and start to swell up and itch, so now I just ignore it and it eventually go away!. But right now my fingers and swollen and my legs itch because it was really cold today!. It doesn't ever happen at any other time except when I get real cold real fast, maybe its the sudden drop of temperature or something, like if someone turns the AC down real low and it happens quickly!. I went to a dermatologist about this before, but he couldn't really help me because he said he needed to see what i was talking about (I guess it wasn't cold that day) but does anyone know what could be causing this or have you ever had this happen to you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you have cold urticaria!. I can't beleive the dermatologist couldn't help you!. It seems like such an easy diagnoses based on your history!. Some antihistamines work better for cold urticaria than others!. There are a couple more serious medical conditions that you should be checked for if you feel fatigued or have pain in cold weather!. One is cryoglobulinaemia!. The first thing I would do is do an ice cube test on your skin and look for a reactiion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
sounds like Eczema ( a type of skin rash) try using a topical lotion for this condition like Dermarest!. Also, try to keep your skin very hydrated use dove soap when bathing and apply lotion right after, this will help lock moisture into skin!. If nothing helps, a trip back to the dermatologist couldn't hurt!

I tend to go blotchy when it's cold, and if I'm wearing jeans in the cold weather, my inside leg will get really itchy when I'm walking briskly!. I am also prone to heat rash, which is a non-contagious rash caused by too much heat against your skin!. Perhaps it's linkedWww@Answer-Health@Com
ummm!.!.!.!. that sounds kind of similar to something that happens to me!.!.!. When it gets really cold out i get a rash on my hands too!. I believe it's from the dryness and so I normally make sure i put plenty of lotion on before I go out in the cold!. This doesn't always help but when it does happen to my hands i just deal with it!. Hopefully someone else here will have a better answer for us! I think though that if you make sure you use plenty of lotion, that it won't happen!.!.!.!. try it sometime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
