You're fine!. Don't drink vinegar or any of the non-effective garbage advice floating around!. To be on the safe side drink a tall glass of water that morning, sip water throughout the morning, and have a tall glass of juice an hour before you take the test!.
No need to gorge on fluids, you just need to make sure you've urinated a couple of times (at least twice) BEFORE you take the test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how well your system can filter whatever you come in contact with!.
People who have never smoked pot can get a "contact high" very easily and might not be able to filter it as quickly!.
People who have smoked a lot, over a long period of time, can filter it better (which is why they don't get "contact high's" as easily)!.
Best advice is to avoid it entirely if you know you have a drug test coming up!. Why chance it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
