Question: For two days I've had a sinus issue!.!.!. (bogie/booger alert!)!?
!.!.!.erm!.!.!.well basically I feel like I've got a big crusty up my left nostril, we all know that feeling right!? Well I don't get ANY satisfaction of clawing it out because there doesn't seem to be anything up there! I've blown it, made myself sneeze time and again, done all the normal things to try and clear it, but still I have this annoying irritation that just won't go away!!

Cup your hand and pour some luke warm water in it then snort it quickly up your nostril and it should clear it all out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
