Answers:
Yes it does help most bacteria and so on do best at body temperature!. The body raises it's temperature to try and kill of some or all of the bacteria that's in your body!. The increase in temperature can destroy some of the bad bacterias DNA and other things they need to live!. So a fever is your body trying to kill off the illness along with the white blood cells!. A fever helps to try and kill the organism which is causing the infection!. So in a way if the fever isn't that high, it's better to have it run it's course!. This holds true for coughing and sneezing- these are both reactions of the body to try and get rid of the infecting organism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is supposed to, that's how the body is designed to work!. but sometimes the fever just cant fight off the infection, that's why we need to take antibiotics to get rid of some infections!. before the antibiotic were invented, many people died from fevers and infections!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is another one of many ways your body tries to get rid of the bacteria (coughing, sneezing, regurgitating, etc)!. Your body is basically trying to "melt" away the agent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
